Build Speed, Strength & Confidence in Young Athletes at Resolution CrossFit
Young athletes today face more pressure than ever to perform, develop skill, and stand out. But many parents struggle to find training that is safe, effective, and age-appropriate, especially for pre-teens and teens.
That’s exactly why we developed our Youth Speed, Strength & Agility Program at Resolution CrossFit in Yorba Linda and Brea—a structured system designed to build the foundations of athletic success.
What Is Our Youth Athletic Development Program?
This program is built for athletes ages 10–17 who want to:
Improve speed and acceleration
Build total-body strength
Increase power and explosiveness
Develop better coordination and mechanics
Reduce injury risk
Boost confidence on and off the field
We train athletes from baseball, soccer, football, basketball, volleyball, track & field, and more.
What Makes Our Youth Program Different
1. Coaching that prioritizes technique
We focus on proper movement patterns first—no dangerous max lifting or sloppy form.
2. Speed & agility designed for real sport transfer
We build faster acceleration, sharper cuts, and improved footwork through proven drills and progressions.
3. Strength training tailored to growing athletes
Young athletes learn how to hinge, squat, jump, sprint, and push safely and effectively.
4. Small groups = real coaching
Each athlete gets individual attention inside a motivating group environment.
5. Confidence grows with every session
Improved mechanics and strength translate into better performance and boosted self-belief.
Who Is This Program For?
Baseball players wanting more power and speed
Soccer players improving agility and endurance
Football and basketball athletes seeking explosiveness
Track athletes seeking better sprint mechanics
Any active teen or pre-teen who wants to move better & feel stronger
Whether your athlete is experienced or brand new, they’ll be coached at their level.
Ready to Help Your Athlete Level Up?
Our Youth Program runs throughout the year with seasonal 4-, 6-, and 8-session blocks. Groups stay intentionally small so coaches can keep sessions focused, safe, and effective.
Your athlete will leave each session stronger, faster, and more confident.
