Train with us for a Drop-In
Visiting town or just want to try a class? Purchase a single class or a pack, pick your location, and come train with our coaches and community.
Recommended: Prior CrossFit experience
Arrive: 5–10 min early (if you want)
Includes: 1 class (no open gym)
Booking tip: If you’re purchasing a single class, select your class time during checkout on the sales portal.
If you buy a pack, you’ll reserve classes in the Wodify app after purchase.
What to expect
A coach-led class that’s fun, challenging, and scalable
We recommend drop-ins have prior CrossFit experience so class flow stays smooth for everyone.
Class format
Most classes include a warm-up, strength or skill work, and a conditioning workout. Coaches guide the group and keep things moving.
Scaling + coaching
We’ll help you adjust loading, reps, and movements to match your ability and keep you training safely.
Arrive 5–10 minutes early
If you feel like it, come a few minutes early to introduce yourself and get the lay of the land. Not required—just helpful.

Saturday: 7, 8, 9am
Sunday Open Gym: 9–11am
Brea
Mon–Fri:
- 5, 6, 7, 8, 9am
- 12:30pm
- 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30pm (no 6:30pm Friday)
- Friday: 5:30pm Barbell Class
Saturday: 7, 8, 9am
Pack purchases: after checkout, download the Wodify app and reserve classes there.
