- 1pm
- 4, 5, 6, 7pm (no 7pm Friday)
Saturday: 7, 8, 9am
Sunday Open Gym: 9–11am
Brea
Weekdays:
- 5, 6, 7, 8, 9am
- 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30pm (no 6:30pm Friday)
Friday: 5:30pm Barbell Class
Saturday: 7, 8, 9am
How scheduling works
You’ll have access to multiple class times each week. Most people pick 2–3 “anchor” times that fit their schedule and keep it consistent.
We’ll help you choose a simple plan for your 21 days—no guessing or overthinking.
How the Jumpstart rolls into membership
At the end of your 21 days, your membership automatically rolls into a 3 days/week plan billed every 4 weeks at $162.
- Lock in consistent training with a simple 3x/week structure.
- Keep your same coaches and class times so your routine stays easy.
- Option to upgrade to unlimited or adjust as your goals evolve.
- We’ll review options with you near the end of your 21 days—no pressure, just clarity.
Common questions about the Jumpstart
Do I need to be “in shape” to start?
No. Most Jumpstart athletes are restarting or just getting started. We scale every workout to your current level.
Is this CrossFit? That sounds intense.
We use functional, coach-led training in a supportive setting—not reckless, “go until you fall over” workouts. Technique and safety come first.
What if I’m nervous about injuries?
We’ll chat through any past injuries, adjust movements, and make sure you’re training safely. You’re in good hands with experienced coaches.
What happens after my 21 days?
If you’re loving it, your membership simply continues at 3x/week for $162 every 4 weeks. If you don’t want to continue, just let us know before your 21 days are up.
